High Pressure Suspension Mill(HPGR)
Equipment
Working Principle
The working principle of the High Pressure Suspension Mill is similar to the Raymond Mill, but the milling unit is equipped with a high pressure spring with a pressure of 1000-1500 kg. When it is working, under the high-pressure spring and centrifugal force, the milling roller rolls against the milling ring, the rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of Raymond mill under the same condition, and the output can be increased by 20%-30%. The completed product is the fine powder, and the larger particles fall back to regrind. When the milling rollers and rings reach a certain level of wear, the length of the high pressure spring is adjusted to maintain a constant milling pressure between the milling rollers and rings to ensure a stable production and fineness.
