working principle
Materials enter the first bin of the mill evenly by the feeding device through the incoming hollow shaft spiral, which is lined with stepped lining plate or corrugated lining plate and contains steel balls with different sizes, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel balls to a certain height and then drops them down to produce a heavy impact and milling effect on the materials. After the material reaches coarse milling in the first bin, it enters the second bin through a single layer of partition plate, which is set with flat lining plate and contains steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the milling operation.
