High Frequency Screen
Equipment
Working principle
High frequency vibrating fine screen, referred to as the high frequency screen, applies the different widths of the grate slits on the screen surface to classify the material according to size. In the grinding circuit, the grinding product is controlled and graded, and the coarse conglomerate sieved out returning to the mill for regrinding. The fine particles sieved can be discharged in time to avoid over-crushing caused by regrinding. Timely screening of the material to the required fineness can increase mill output and reduce energy consumption. The installation of a high frequency screen in the concentrator circuit allows the coarse concentrate to be screened out and sent to the mill for regrinding, and the fine particles to be screened out for selection, which can improve the concentrate grade.
