Working principle
Mixing buckets consists of motor, impeller, stator, bearing and other components, using a flat-bottomed barrel-shaped radiation circulation spiral impeller mechanical stirring method for mixing operations. The impeller is driven by the motor v-belt transmission device when the stirring tank is in operation. The pulp and the chemical agent are fully mixed with each other under the effect of uniform stirring of the impeller, increasing the reaction time of the chemical agent to the pulp and strengthening the reaction quality of the drug, so that the material can be fully stirred and mixed to prepare the necessary conditions for the next stage of flotation machine production.
