Working Principle

The vibrating feeder takes advantage of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the eccentric block in the vibrator to cause the movable parts such as the screen compartment and vibrator to make a forced continuous circular or near-circular motion. The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding trough, exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the trough vibrating feeder is the exciter. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and a gear pair, driven by an electric motor through a triangle belt to drive the main shaft, and then the gear on the main shaft engages the passive shaft rotation, the main and passive shafts simultaneously reverse rotation, so that the tank body vibrating to achieve the continuous flow of materials and convey materials.
