working principle

The structure of Raymond mill is mainly composed of principal machine, analyser, fan, finished cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone separator and air duct. The principal machine, consists of frame, air inlet casing, shovel, milling roller, milling ring and cover. When the material to be processed enters the milling chamber of the mainframe, the milling roller swings outward due to the centrifugal force of the rotating spindle and presses against the milling ring, and the shovel shovels the material up between the milling roller and the milling ring to grind and crush with the rolling of the milling roller. After milling, the powder passes through the analyser with the blower for sorting, the coarse material falls back to the milling chamber for remilling, the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged through the powder discharge pipe to become the finished product. After passing through the cyclone powder collector, the air flow enters the blower again to form a closed recycle, thus making the machine work continuously and normally. The residual air enters the dust catcher through the residual air duct pipe and is discharged from the machine after purification.
