Transverse Sheave System
UniSite transverse sheave system is installed on the left and right sides of the cutter ladder.
During the working of cutter suction dredger, the traverse winch pulls the traverse anchor through the steel wire rope, and the rope passes through the transverse sheave. When the CSD is working to the left, the left transverse sheave bears the transverse tension. When the CSD is working to the right, the right transverse sheave bears the transverse tension.
UniSite can produce transverse sheave systems of various specifications and sizes.
